Aaron's 499
Brad Keselowski won his first career Sprint Cup race after a wild finish in Sunday's Aaron's 499 at Talladega Superspeedway. Keselowski, a Nationwide Series regular who is running a limited Sprint Cup schedule this year, scored his first victory in just his fifth start, driving a Chevrolet for car owner James Finch. Ryan Newman held the lead on the final restart with four laps to go. Dale Earnhardt Jr. ran behind Newman's bumper heading into the final lap, but Carl Edwards, with help from Keselowski, shot past the two front runners.

Subway Fresh Fit 500
Fifty-year-old Mark Martin ended a 97-race winless streak in the Sprint Cup Series Saturday night with the victory in the Subway Fresh Fit 500 at Phoenix International Raceway. Martin started on the pole and led a race-high 157 laps, but had to drive past Ryan Newman on the final restart with six laps to go and then hold off Tony Stewart to win a Cup race for the first time since October 2005 at Kansas.

Samsung 500
Jeff Gordon can now scratch off Texas Motor Speedway from his list of Sprint Cup Series tracks where he has yet to win, and he can also say farewell to his career-long winless streak. Gordon won Sunday's Samsung 500 in his 17th Cup race at Texas and picked up his first victory in a points-paying race since October 2007 at Lowe's Motor Speedway in Charlotte.
